The optimized structures are used to calculate the electrical, structural, quantum and NMR parameters. The computational results revealed that the adsorption energy of all studied models of BPNTs is negative; all processes are exothermic and favorable in thermodynamic approach. When N2O gas is adsorbed from its O atom head on the B site of nanotube, N2O gas is dissociated to O atom and N2 molecule. The adsorption energy of this process is more than those of other models and more stable than other models. In A, B and C models, the global hardness decreases significantly from original values and so the activity of nanotube increases from original state. On the other hand, the electrophilicity index (ω), electronic chemical potential (μ), electronegativity (χ) and global softness (S) of the A, B and C models increase significantly from original value and CSI values of the C model are larger than those of other models. The results demonstrate that the Ga-, Si- and SiGa- doped BPNTs are good candidates to adsorb N2O and make N2O gas sensor}, keywords = {BPNTS,DFT,NMR,N2O adsorption,Ga-,Si- and SiGa-doped}, title_fa = {مطالعه بنیادی برهم کنش گاز N2O بر روی سطوح حالت‌های خالص و آلایش یافته با Si، Ga و SiGa نانو لوله آرمچیر بور فسفید: به روش DFT}, abstract_fa = {در این تحقیق با استفاده از نظریه تابع چگالی، پارامترهای الکتریکی، ساختاری، کوانتومی و تشدید مغناطیس هسته‌ای(NMR) مربوط به برهم‌کنش گاز N2O بر روی وضعیت اتم‌های B و P < span dir="RTL"> حالت‌های خالص و آلایش یافته با Si، Ga و SiGa نانولوله آرمچیر(4 و4) بور فسفید(BPNTs) مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. برای این منظور هفت مدل جذبی را بر روی سطح خارجی نانو لوله بور فسفید در نظر گرفته و سپس تمام ساختارهای مورد مطالعه را با استفاده از روش B3LYP < span dir="RTL"> و توابع بنیادی(d)  G 31-6 بهینه نموده‌ایم. ساختار‌های بهینه شده برای محاسبه پارامترهای الکتریکی، ساختاری، کوانتومی و NMR مورد استفاده قرار گرفته‌اند. نتایج حاصل نشان می‌دهد که مقادیر انرژی‌های جذب تمام مدل‌های مورد مطالعه منفی بوده، گرماده هستند و از نظر ترمودینامیکی مساعد می‌باشند. هنگامی که گاز N2O از سر اکسیژن خود جذب اتم بور نانولوله گردد، این گاز به اکسیژن اتمی و نیتروژن مولکولی تفکیک می‌شود، در این حالت انرژی جذب بیشتر از سایر مدل‌ها بوده لذا از سایر مدل‌ها نیز پایدارتر است. در مدل‌های جذبیA ، B و C پارامتر سختی کروی نانولوله کاهش قابل توجهی را نسبت به حالت اولیه نشان می‌دهد که بیانگر افزایش واکنش پذیری و فعالیت نانو لوله است. همچنین در این مدل‌ها مقدار الکترونخواهی، پتانسیل شیمیایی، الکترونگاتیویته و پارامتر نرمی افزایش قابل ملاحظه‌ای را نسبت به حالت اولیه نشان می‌دهند. نتایج حاصل از محاسبات NMR نشان می‌دهد مقادیرCSI در مدل C از سایر مدل‌ها بیشتر است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد نانولوله‌های بور فسفید آلایش یافته با Si ، Ga و SiGa انتخاب مناسبی برای جذب و تهیه حسگر گاز N2O می‌باشند}, keywords_fa = {BPNTS,DFT,NMR,جذب N2O,آلایش یافتهGa,Si وSiGa}, url = {https://ijpr.iut.ac.ir/article_1205.html}, eprint = {https://ijpr.iut.ac.ir/article_1205_fdec0c12842513fefe8c445580586f11.pdf} }
