Abstract

In this study, TiO₂ nanotube arrays (TNTAs) are produced using an efficient, low-cost, and ecofriendly environmental anodization process in an electrolyte containing Glycerin. The TNTAs were annealed for 2 hours at 500 °C. X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS), photoluminescence (PL), and photoelectrochemical properties (PEC) were used to analyze the sample. According to the obtained findings, the photoelectrochemical response of the TiO₂ film was accomplished with a current density (J_ph) of 0.196 mAcm^-2 and photoconversion efficiency of 0.14 %.
