Abstract
In this investigation we try to find out the effect of the internal structure of the molecules in the Soret effect. Accordingly, we modeled a molecule as two trapped beads which are exposed to the external temperature gradient. we find the average of the total force that this system exerts on the fluid. we know that this average in the absence of any temperature field will be zero. Then we find the Soret coefficient proportional to this Force, At the end, we solve all the equations again by the considering of the space-dependent viscosity.
