بررسی ناپایداری موج‌چگالی و استتار ناخالصی در ساختارهای دو لایه‌ای بر پایة گرافین/ حذف شده

در این مقاله، ما به مطالعة ساختارهای دو لایه­ای پرداخته و اثرات ناپایداری موج­چگالی و استتار ناخالصی را در ساختارهای دو لایه­ای بر پایة گرافین بررسی می­کنیم. ما ساختارهای دو لایه­ای را در نظر می­گیریم که حداقل یکی از لایه­ها از جنس گرافین و لایة دوم می­تواند گرافین، گاز الکترونی دو بعدی یا ساختارهای دو بعدی دیگر باشد. تابع دی­الکتریک استاتیک ساختارهای دو لایه­ای را در تقریب فاز تصادفی (RPA) به دست آورده و امکان شکل­گیری ناپایداری موج­چگالی را با تغییر پارامترهای مختلف سیستم مانند چگالی الکترونی و فاصلة بین لایه­ها بررسی می­کنیم. در این بررسی­ها ملاحظه می­شود که هیچ گونه ناپایداری در ساختارهای دو لایه­ای شامل ترکیب­های مختلفی از گرافین، گاز الکترونی دو بعدی و گرافین گاف­دار، مشاهده نمی­شود. در ادامه با استفاده از تابع دی‌الکتریک استاتیک و قرار دادن یک ناخالصی در لایة اول، بررسی می­کنیم که این ناخالصی در لایة اول و دوم چگونه استتار می­شود

In this study, we investigate the density-wave instability and impurity screening in graphene-based double-layer structures. We assume that at least one of two layers is graphene, while the second layer could be made of graphene, conventional two-dimensional electron gas, or any other two-dimensional structure. We calculate the static dielectric function of this graphene-based double-layer structure whitin the random phase approximation, and look for the possibility of density-wave instability, changing different system parameters like the electronic density and layer spacing between two layers. In this investigation we have not seen any instability in double-layer structures consisting of coupled layers of graphene, the 2D electron gas and the gapped graphene. Finally, using static dielectric function and considering a charged impurity placed in the first layer, we show that how this impurity is screened in the first and second layers.
