چکیده
در این مطالعه، تصویر الکتریکی ماهی الکتریکی از طریق توموگرافی امپدانس الکتریکی (EIT) با استفاده از تولباکس EIDORS در MATLAB است، مدلسازی شده است. مدل سازی شامل سه مرحله است: (1) یک مخزن 80 سانتی متری حاوی آب مشابه آب دریا، (2) یک ماهی مدل سازی شده با 10 الکترود که مانند بدن ماهی چیده شده اند، و (3) جریان 1 میلی آمپر از الکترود عبور می کند و برق تولید می کند. میدان دوقطبی برای مدل سازی زمین اطراف ماهی. برای کشف تصویر الکتریکی، پنج متغیر مهم در تشخیص جسم شامل فاصله، مکان، رسانایی، اندازه و تقارن و جهت گیری جسم مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرند. به طور کلی، تحلیل مدل نشان می دهد که تغییر هر یک از متغیرها بر تصویر الکتریکی تأثیر دارد. این مدل سازی قادر است بین اجسام مختلف تمایز قائل شود و برای هر جسم خاص تصویر الکتریکی خاصی تولید کند.

Modeling Electric Image in Weakly Electric Fish Using Electrical Impedance Tomography

In this study, the electrical image in electric fish is modeled via electrical impedance tomography (EIT) using EIDORS, which is a toolkit in MATLAB. The modeling consists of three steps: (1) an 80 cm tank containing water similar to seawater, (2) a fish modeled with 10 electrodes arranged like a fish body, and (3) 1 mA current flow through an electrode and generating an electric dipole field for modeling the field around the fish. To explore the electric image, five important variables in object detection including object distance, position, conductivity, size, and object symmetry and orientation are examined. In general, the analysis of the model indicates that changing each of the variables has an effect on the electrical image. This modeling is able to distinguish between different objects and produce a specific electrical image for each specific object.
