چکیده

دینامیک یک ذره کوانتومی باردار در آرایه نامتناهی از چاه‌های پتانسیل تحت تأثیر میدان خارجی در یک ‌بعد و دو ‌بعد در تقریب مدل بستگی قوی به روش جبری مطالعه شده است. احتمال ماندگاری (حبس شدگی کوانتومی) و احتمال گذار (انتقال کوانتومی) این ‌ذره کوانتومی بر‌ حسب جملاتی از توابع بسل چند متغیره محاسبه شده است و نتایج آن به روش عددی بیان‌ شده است.

چکیده English

The dynamic of a charged quantum particle in a system of arrays of quantum well in tight-binding model, under the effect an external field, in one and two dimension, is studied by algebraic approach. The persistent‎ (quantum confinement) and ‎transmission ‎(quantum teleportaion) probabilities of this quantum particle in terms of infinite-variable Bessel functions is calculated and the results is discussed by numerical method.
