جریان‌های نوری وابسته به اسپین در نانونوارهای آرمچیری TMD

چکیده
در این مقاله به بررسی امکان تولید جریان الکتریکی وابسته به اسپین با استفاده از تابش نور بر نانونوار آرمچیری دی­کالکوژنید فلزات واسطه می­پردازیم. به منظور شبیه­سازی جریان­های اسپینی القا شده توسط نور از برهم­کنش نور با ماده در مدل تابع گرین غیر­تعادلی استفاده می­شود. با توجه به جفت­شدگی اسپین-مدار ذاتی در ساختار WSe2 و MoSe2 ،WS2 ،MoS2 به عنوان معروف­ترین ترکیبات دی­کالکوژنید فلزات واسطه، جریان الکتریکی نوری وابسته به اسپین بدون نیاز به هیچ­یک از عوامل مغناطیسی خارجی ایجاد می­شود. با اعمال میدان الکتریکی عرضی مناسب می­توان مقدار و محل وقوع قله­های نمودار بازده کوانتومی را تنظیم و جریان الکتریکی نوری وابسته به اسپین را بهینه­سازی کرد. جریان الکتریکی نوری با قطبش اسپینی کامل، بازده کوانتومی بالا (تقریبا 50%)، جذب نور در محدوده­ی وسیعی از طول موج از فرابنفش تا فروسرخ، تفاوت در نتایج اپتیکی با توجه به نوع اسپین حامل­های بار به صورتی­که تمام موارد فوق با اعمال میدان الکتریکی عرضی مناسب قابل تنظیم خواهند بود، بیانگر کارایی بالای آشکارسازهای نوری-اسپینی مبتنی بر دیکالکوژنید فلزات واسطه و اهمیت تلاش برای بهبود بخشیدن به طراحی و عملکرد این نوع از آشکارسازها در زمینه­ی اپتو-اسپینترونیک می­باشند.

Spin-polarized photocurrent in armchair TMD nanoribbons

چکیده English

In the present study we introduce a concept to generate spin-polarized current in armchair transition metal dichalcogenides nanoribbons (TMDNs) using light irradiation. The spin-photocurrent properties are investigated by nonequilibrium Green's function formalism and electron-electron intraction. Because of  intrinsic spin-orbit couplying, light irradiation produce spin- photocurrent in TMDNs whitout applying any external magnetic element. Morevere, transverse electric field modifies the magnitude and positin of optical absorption peaks and also, the magnitude of the spin-phtocurrent. Finally, the fully spin-polarized photocurrent, the high quantum efficiency with a maximum of approximately 50%, the wide-wavelength-range operation from ultraviolet to infrared and optical spin-filtering effects, that are tunable with transverse electric field, indicate the high performance of this spin-photodetectors based on armchair TMDNs and pave the way toward the improved design and performance of this photodetectors in spin-optoelectronic.
